The MSPA is the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources. MSPA member companies work with their clients to establish mechanisms to measure and improve levels of service.
BBB accredited businesses have agreed to live up to the BBB Standards for Trust. The BBB Standards for Trust are a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices focused on how businesses should treat the public – fairly and honestly in all circumstances.
The Omaha Chamber offers representation to businesses both large and small. Approximately two-thirds of the Omaha metropolitan workforce is represented through Chamber membership. And a majority of chamber members are businesses with 10 or fewer employees.
The Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce will work to enhance the economic growth and prosperity of its members and the Council Bluffs area by assisting area businesses and local government entities in the creation and retention of quality jobs, expansion of the tax base, expansion of the customer market base and improvement of the overall quality of life in the Council Bluffs area.
The ORA was established in 1944 as a non-profit organization to promote the highest standard of quality in the Omaha Hospitality industry through leadership, scholarship, philanthropy, and advocacy.
